Hello, I’m Lori! Originally from Taylor, I now reside in the Walburg area. I’ve been married to my husband, Ken, for 36 years and I am mom to Raelyn and Shelby, and Mammy to two precious little girls. My journey with Ted Heaton State Farm began in 2006. Prior to that, I worked for State Farm Operations Center in North Austin for 21.5 years. Hi, I’m Margaret! As the youngest daughter of Ted Heaton, I have been working for State Farm my entire life. Any role in the office, I’ve been assigned to it! Hello, I am Melissa! I am originally from Veracruz, Mexico and moved to Taylor, Texas when I was 13 years old. In 2015, I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a bachelors in Business Administration/Marketing. I am an Account Manager and I am bilingual – Hablo Español. I often write new policies and service existing policies for our Spanish speaking customers. I am step-mom to 2 little boys and my husband and I have a precious young daughter who keeps us pretty busy! In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, travel and play at the beach or nearby lakes.

Hi! I’m Stacy, and I moved to the area almost a year ago from Nebraska, where I had spent the last 8 years working for another State Farm agent. I have two beautiful daughters. Emma will be a Senior in high school next year, and my other Daughter Michaella still lives in Nebraska. She is married and has 3 precious children that call me “Mimi”. It was very hard to leave them, but we felt it was the right move for my Husband’s employment. I am still enjoying getting to know the area, and spend most of my free time exploring and trying new restaurants.

Hi everyone! I am Taylor, and I moved to Austin over a year ago from Central Illinois, where I graduated with an associate’s degree in Science from Heartland Community College. I've loved experiencing Austin and the endless amount of stuff to do here! I love pretty much every sport, but I especially enjoy playing golf and hanging out with my friends when I get the chance.

I am originally from Lafayette, Louisiana but later moved to Houston, Texas at the start of high school for my father’s job. After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Business Management, I spent the following year working as a server in the restaurant business as. Things that I enjoy doing outside of work is spending time with my girlfriend Isabel, doing outside activities such as playing with my dog, kayaking, hiking and doing DIY projects. I have always had huge love for sports, playing baseball throughout grade school but now I shifted my interest to playing/watching basketball. I’m extremely excited to be a part of the State Farm family and serving the community of Austin through this great insurance agency.

Hello, I'm Erick! I’m from San Antonio, TX and have been living in Austin for over a year now. My family is originally from Monterrey, Mexico. While in high school and college, I kept myself busy with different clubs and activities. These included football, track, rugby, debated, theater, band, honor societies and community service. Prior to joining Ted Heaton as a New Business and Marketing team member, I worked in a little bit of everything. In my free time I still like to keep myself pretty busy. Hi, I'm Jana and I was born in San Antonio, Texas. My dad was in the Navy, so I grew up all over the US.  Started out in Texas, then Rhode Island, Florida, back to Texas, California, Virginia and finally settling in Texas after he retired. I graduated from Anderson High School and then The University of Texas with a degree in Microbiology. I worked in transfusion and transplantation at the Blood and Tissue Center as well as for another State Farm Agent. I started at Ted's office in May of 2019. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with my church, making jewelry and cheering for the Longhorns!

 Hello there, I’m Skyler. I was born here in Austin, TX but grew up in Corpus Christi.  While attending high school there, I began working part time for a local State Farm agent and joined on as a full time team member after graduating.  Eventually I decided that I’d spent enough time away from home, and in 2019 I was thrilled to move back to Austin and join Ted’s team as an account manager. Hello, I am Ashlee and I recently moved to Austin from Laramie, Wyoming! I attended the University of Wyoming. I decided to move to Austin with my husband during the pandemic and I worked for Policyfuel doing Property and Casualty before coming to work for Ted Heaton State Farm. I love to be outside with my husband and dog, love going to the movies and fishing! Fun fact about me: she has a Shiba Inu named Simba!

Hi! I'm Gina, and I'm originally from Joplin, Missouri. I decided to take a chance to start a new life, which brought me here in 2017. I’ve been under Ted Heaton’s insurance wing since 2018, and I currently serve as Ted's Claims Team Lead. My spare time is filled inside a gym or jujitsu training. When I’m outside, I love to hike, eat my weight in good food, or go out with friends and family. I strive on staying busy and running on high momentum so, if the sun is out, then so am I.
